
Robin Kundu MSc, CeMap, MARLA, FNAEA – Director and Founder
Robin became a landlord in 1991 and has since built an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In 1996, he made property his full-time career, focusing on development and refurbishment projects, including the construction of houses and blocks of flats. To support this growth, Robin established a dedicated building company in 2004, alongside an in-house repairs and maintenance team that has refurbished many properties over the years.
In 2007, Robin founded Greenleaf Plumbing & Heating, working alongside his original engineer—who remains a trusted and valued member of the Greenleaf team today. That same year, he also established Greenleaf Property Services, initially to manage his own rental portfolio. The business quickly expanded to managing properties for external landlords, driven by strong recommendations and word-of-mouth referrals.
Building on this success, Greenleaf Property Services launched its Property Sales department in 2017. Robin is also a qualified mortgage broker, giving him a strong understanding of the financial aspects of property transactions. He holds the NAEA qualification and has achieved ARLA Propertymark Level 3, with results pending for the Higher Level 4 qualification.
With nearly 25 years of full-time experience in the property industry, Robin brings extensive knowledge across all aspects of property development, management, sales and finance. Chris James – Sales Manager
Chris has spent most of his career working in property and sales, with over 10 years’ experience as an Estate Agent in the Rochester and Medway area. He prides himself on providing an honest, reliable and professional service, always treating clients with courtesy and care.
For Chris, clear communication is key, backed up by hard work and dedication. He particularly enjoys achieving the right price for both clients and buyers, and seeing everyone leave the process happy at the end. Chris looks forward to helping you with your next move.

Amelia Pavey FARLA– Head of Residential Lettings and Property Management
Amelia began her career in Residential Lettings and Property Management in 2009 as a Negotiator for an independent Agent and has since gained extensive experience across all areas of the sector. Progressing to Lettings Manager in 2014, she has developed a strong specialism in property appraisals, team leadership and hands-on, day-to-day property management.
With a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements within lettings and property management, Amelia ensures the smooth, compliant running of the department and delivers a consistently high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.
Amelia has recently achieved the prestigious Level 4 Propertymark qualification—an advanced professional standard held by relatively few letting agents. This higher-level qualification demonstrates her in-depth knowledge of legislation, best practice and risk management, providing clients with confidence that their property is managed by a highly trained and professionally accredited expert.

Joe Jenkins – Sales Manager
Joe has been in the property industry for 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge within the Medway and Swale areas. He always strives to give the best customer service to all clients whether they are selling or buying and always on hand to help when needed. Joe sold Robin his first investment property at a young age many years ago and they stayed in touch ever since! Joe brings lots of laughter to the office, keeping the most challenging of tasks light hearted and stress free!

James Hayes MARLA, MNAEA – Senior Negotiator, Inventory and Property Inspection Specialist
James joined Greenleaf early 2023, having worked in Sales for both an independent Agency and a large national Agency in South East London. James quickly adapted to his new role in Lettings and predominantly carries out property inventories, inspections and checkouts. James will also be actively working as a Lettings Negotiator, carrying out viewings. A great asset to add to our wonderful Lettings Team.

Laura Simpson BSc (hons), FCCA – Accountant
Laura has been a key member of the Greenleaf team for over 10 years, bringing extensive experience and expertise in accounting. She holds a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Laura provides a bespoke service for our clients where required, offering knowledgeable support on all tax‑related matters. Her professionalism and depth of expertise make her a highly valued asset to both our clients and the wider Greenleaf team.

A frequent visitor to the office, belonging to the Director, her duties include keeping flies, bugs and mice away from the staff!
