Robin Kundu – Director

Robin started in property as a landlord in 1991. Since then he has built up a large portfolio of both residential properties and commercial properties. In 1996, he decided to make property his full time career and started developing and refurbishing property.
He set up a dedicated building company in 2004 and we now have our own building team who work with us. He had built houses and blocks of flats alongside refurbishing 100’s of properties using our own repairs and maintenance team.  In 2007, he also set up Greenleaf Plumbing & Heating, in which we have our own employed gas engineer, who is still working with us. We have another engineer who started with us three years ago.
Also in 2007, he set up Greenleaf Property Services to mainly concentrate on managing his own rental properties, but the business soon grew to managing properties for many external landlords.
In 2017, we successfully launched our Property Sales department. Robin is also a qualified mortgage broker, so has an understanding of the financial side of transactions.
Robin is a member of ARLA and NAEA and keeps up with professional qualifications. Robin has been involved in property now full time for nearly 25 years and has a vast experience in all aspects of property.

Suzi Graves – Branch Manager

Suzi has been in both sales and lettings roles for 18 years working in and around the Medway area. Having grown up locally and worked within Medway throughout her career she has extensive knowledge of the local area and properties.  Suzi is ARLA property mark qualified.

Chris James – Sales Manager

Chris has been in property and sales most of his working life, specifically as an estate agent in Rochester/Medway for the last 7 or 8 years. He does his utmost to provide an honest, reliable, professional and courteous service to all our clients and Chris says ‘Communication is key for me, the rest is hard work.  I enjoy finding a price that our clients and buyers are happy with, and seeing happy faces at the end of the process, I hope we can help you soon’

Sue Sambrook – Senior Lettings Negotiator

Sue has been in the industry for around 30 years and has experience on both sales and lettings, she has gained extensive knowledge of the lettings market locally and is currently working towards her ARLA exams.


Nicole Roots – Lettings – Inventory and inspection specialist

Nicole has 9 years’ experience in the Lettings Industry and has gained valuable knowledge in all aspects of the rental process. She enjoys liaising with the tenants and landlords to make the moving process run smoothly.  Nicole loves that every day is different and the company has a straight forward approach. 


Amelia Pavey – Lettings Manager

Amelia began her career in Residential Lettings and Property Management as a Negotiator in 2009. Following this Amelia has been a Lettings Manager, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in all areas of Residential Lettings and Management. Specialising in property appraisals, team management and still hands on tackling day to day property management. Amelia is a member of Propertymark-ARLA, gaining the qualification in 2013 and is currently studying for the higher Propertymark-ARLA level 4 qualification. 



Amanda Marshall – Sales Progression

Amanda has worked in the industry for around 10 years in various roles.  She likes nothing better than handing over the keys to your new home on completion day.  Amanda guides buyers and sellers throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction and is always on hand to answer any questions.

Laura Simpson – Accountant

Laura has worked as an Accountant for Greenleaf for over 10 years.  She graduated with a BSc (hons) from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.





Zoe Manktelow – Property Manager

Zoe has over 15 years experience in the lettings industry and gained her ARLA qualification in 2013. Having started her career as a lettings negotiator she is now a property manager. Zoe is responsible for property maintenance, renewal of tenancies and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.



Joe Jenkins – Sales Manager

Joe has been in the property industry for 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge within the Medway and swale areas. He always strives to give the best customer service to all clients whether they are selling or buying and always on hand to help when needed.





Alice Paice – Lettings Negotiator

Alice has been working in Lettings for 3.5 years. Since joining Greenleaf, Alice has taken on the role of managing our social media platforms and customer feedback. Alice enjoys meeting prospective new tenants and takes some fantastic property and scenic photographs. Alice is currently studying towards her Propertymark-ARLA level 3 qualification.

Joe has worked for Greenleaf for over 12 years and is multi skilled and can take on most jobs.

Mark Hinton – Gas engineer

Mark has worked for Greenleaf for over 10 years and is great at fault finding and keeping the tenants heating going.  Mark is Gas Safe registered.

Lee Lingham – Gas engineer

Lee is a great all rounder and is multi skilled in many areas.  Lee is Gas safe registered.

Matthew Sambrook – Electrician

Matt is a qualified electrician and is also multi skilled in many aspects of property maintenance.
