Robin Kundu MSc, CeMap, MARLA, FNAEA, MNAEA – Director

Robin became a landlord in 1991. Since then, Robin has expanded to create a large portfolio of both residential  and commercial properties. In 1996, he decided to make property his full time career and started developing and refurbishing property. He set up a dedicated building company in 2004. Robin has a wealth of knowledge, building houses and blocks of flats, alongside refurbishing 100’s of properties using our own repairs and maintenance team.

In 2007, Robin created Greenleaf Plumbing & Heating with his original engineer still a big part of Greenleaf today and a trusted colleague. In the same year, he decided to set up Greenleaf Property Services to mainly concentrate on managing his own rental properties, but the business soon grew to managing properties for many external landlords, with recommendations coming in thick and fast! 

In 2017, we successfully launched our Property Sales department. Robin is also a qualified mortgage broker, so has an understanding of the financial side of transactions and gained the NAEA qualification. Alongside this, Robin gained the ARLA-Propertymark Level 3 qualifications and is waiting for his exam results for the Higher Level, 4.  Robin has been involved in property now full time for nearly 25 years and has a vast experience in all aspects of property. Many clients come to Greenleaf trusting Robins expertise and invaluable years of knowledge. 


Chris James – Sales Manager

Chris has been in property and sales most of his working life, specifically as an Estate Agent in Rochester/Medway for the last 10 years. He does his utmost to provide an honest, reliable, professional and courteous service to all our clients and Chris says ‘Communication is key for me, the rest is hard work.  I enjoy finding a price that our clients and buyers are happy with, and seeing happy faces at the end of the process, I hope we can help you soon’

 

 


Amelia Pavey MARLA– Head of Residential Lettings and Property Management 

Amelia began her career in Residential Lettings and Property Management as a Negotiator in 2009. Over the years Amelia has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in all areas of Residential Lettings and Management working her way up to Lettings Manager in 2014. Specialising in property appraisals, team management and still hands on tackling day to day property management! Amelia is abreast of the legal aspects in Lettings and Property Management and ensures the smooth running of the department, which provides a first class service to our clients. Amelia is a member of Propertymark-ARLA, gaining the qualification in 2013 and is currently studying for the higher Propertymark-ARLA level 4 qualification. 


Joe Jenkins – Sales Manager

Joe has been in the property industry for 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge within the Medway and Swale areas. He always strives to give the best customer service to all clients whether they are selling or buying and always on hand to help when needed. Joe sold Robin his first investment property at a young age many years ago and they stayed in touch ever since! Joe brings lots of laughter to the office, keeping the most challenging of tasks light hearted and stress free!

 

 


James Hayes MARLA, MNAEA  – Senior Negotiator, Inventory and Property Inspection Specialist

James joined Greenleaf early 2023, having worked in Sales for both an independent Agency and a large national Agency in South East London.  James quickly adapted to his new role in Lettings and predominantly carries out property inventories, inspections and checkouts. James will also be actively working as a Lettings Negotiator, carrying out viewings. A great asset to add to our wonderful Lettings Team.

 

 


Laura Simpson BSc (hons), FCCA – Accountant

Laura has worked as an Accountant for Greenleaf for over 10 years.  She graduated with a BSc (hons) from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.

Laura also provides our clients with a bespoke service where required on all tax related transactions. A valuable asset to our team.

 


Chinnie – Office Pet 

A frequent visitor to the office, belonging to the Director, her duties include keeping flies, bugs and mice away from the staff!
