Greenleaf Property Services is a new High Street independent Estate agency in Strood, which is run by dedicated experienced sales professionals.. The owner Robin Kundu is a local property developer/Investor. We pride ourselves with an excellent level of customer service and communication. The motivation to start the company was derived by experiencing firsthand the frustration created by agents’ empty promises and lack of communication.

We are independent agents, trying to keep overheads low, so we can offer an introductory sales fee of £1000 +vat. This low charge may enable you to accept a lower price and may put you in a lower stamp duty bracket. All viewings are accompanied to help both vendor and purchaser.
