Greenleaf Property Services is a High Street independent estate agency in Strood.

Greenleaf Property Services is a new High Street independent Estate agency  which is run by dedicated experienced sales professionals.. The owner Robin Kundu is a local property developer/Investor. We pride ourselves with an excellent level of customer service and communication. The motivation to start the company was derived by experiencing firsthand the frustration created by agents’ empty promises and lack of communication.

We are independent agents, trying to keep overheads low, so we can offer an introductory sales fee of 1% +vat.  All viewings are accompanied to help both vendor and purchaser.

Since our opening in October 2007 we have noticed an extremely high demand for rental properties in the Medway area. We have successfully let a number of properties for landlords.
